Weld inspection — ultrasonic testing (UT) on moment connection MC-14, joint W24×104 beam-to-column. Inspector: R. Takahashi (CWI cert. #8821). Result: PASS — no rejectable indications per AWS D1.1 clause 6.13.3. Report no. NDT-NGT-0141 filed.

100% tie-off audit conducted on all ironworkers in the Raising Gang — 9 workers on elevated steel above 6 ft. All harnesses, lanyards, and anchorage points inspected. Zero deficiencies found. Audit logged per OSHA 1926.502(d). Next audit scheduled for 13:00.

Rigged and set columns C4 and C5 (W14×132, 9.6 m, approx. 1 820 kg each). Twin 25-tonne wire rope slings used; lift plan LP-NGT-031 followed. Both columns plumbed and temporarily braced; bearing pads leveled prior to erection. Crane picks: 2 of 2 complete.
